Whew! I haven't posted in a month because I've been unbelievably busy with my business! Guess I'm not the only one having a mid-life crisis and wanting my skin to look its best at the ripe old age of 35 :)

I appreciate all the comments posted to my blog. Seems we share common interests in skin care and weight loss products!

Friday's Oprah show featured Oprah's makeup artist and all his tips. This wasn't the show I have been referring to! She has another show coming up featuring behavior psychologist, Dr. Shad Helmstetter and his newly released book titled The Gift. In this book, Dr. Shad reveals the “12 Greatest Tools of Personal Growth - and How to Put them into Practice.” Dr. Shad likes to use real-life examples for explaining his concepts and he features Arbonne in many of the chapters that demonstrate how to practice his recommended tools!

Arbonne & Hooters?

Yes, Arbonne and Hooters. Here's the connection: they're both the result of my midlife crisis!!! In February this year I finally did what I should've done 10 years ago: I got a breast augmentation (aka "Boob Job")!!! Last night my husband and I met my girlfriend (who also got it done) and her husband at Hooters (http://www.hooters.com/)for a belated celebration of the milestone!!!

What a great time we had! We both wore Hooter's tank tops and a few people thought we worked there (hee, hee!). Anyway, for anyone looking at getting this life-enhancing procedure done, I cannot more highly recommend my doctor, Dr. Ted Eisenberg (http://www.LookingNatural.com/). He specializes in this area, which means, that's ALL he does and he does it right! He's located in Philadelphia and yes, it was worth the 7-hour drive from Cleveland!.

Tonight "the girls" got together to celebrate my sister's 33rd birthday (18 months until the mid-life crisis time-bomb explodes for her as it did for me). Here in Cleveland, Arbonne is not yet a household name, so I was enlightening the girls. Missy said she knew of Arbonne because of the baby products her mother-in-law sent when her son was born. Allison shared that her son is very allergic. So the discussion went to how important it is to read labels and really find products that are safe -- whether the products be food or health and wellness. At Arbonne, we take purity and safety for granted because all of our products are hypoallergenic and they always have been.

The girls were thrilled to hear about plans for Oprah (http://www.oprah.com) to interview Dr. Helmstetter about his book The Gift and Arbonne. Another quick thought about Arbonne on Oprah! ... Arbonne sells its products only through independent consultants in a multilevel manner. Don't miss The Oprah Show this Fall!!! Oprah will be interviewing behavioral researcher Dr. Shad Helmstetter regarding his latest book titled The Gift. In this book, Shad reveals the “12 Greatest Tools of Personal Growth - and How to Put them into Practice.”
